Where can i find a CAD blueprint of a manometic barrel ?

My trying of get regular banked data from Ital , no succsess unfortunutly :-(
I have tell im willing pay more than well , and also buy the powder they dont have ( and let them keep the leftover )

I havent even got an answer ..
